Annual Convention - Clarksburg 2026
The convention dates are from Thursday, September 17 to Sunday, September 20, 2026. The convention hotel is Best Western Plus Bridgeport Inn, located at 100 Lodgeville Road, Bridgeport, WV 26330. The hotel telephone number is 304-842-5411. To make a sleeping room reservation, call the hotel directly and ask for a sleeping room under the group reservation in the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Historical Society block of rooms. The sleeping room cost is $110.00 per night plus 13 % sales and occupancy taxes and includes breakfast.

Alternatively, the Company Store is now supporting online registration for the Convention. Here are the instructions for signing up online:
On your browser of choice, navigate to borhs.org
On the menu bar, hover over the "Store" menu, move your cursor down and select "Store."
Sign in to your account.
If you are a member, you probably have an account. Your user name is your email address.
If you do not remember your password, select the "Forgot your password?" option
If you do not have an account, please make one
After you have signed in, select "EVENTS & CONVENTIONS" on the menu bar
You will see the option for the 2026 Annual Convention. Select it.
It is only possible to order one registration at a time. The registration may be for a regular registration that receives a book and a pin, or it may be a Friends and Family registration; that will be a no cost registration, but is used to alert the convention staff that a name tag will be needed. It is necessary to order tours and meals for each registrant on their own registration. There must be a primary registrant for Friends and Family registrations to apply.
On the option selection page for the convention, make the optional selections for each registrant and check out in the standard fashion.
