Items with a Description stating that 'paper copies may be available at this time' had at least one paper photocopy on the shelf but are in limited supply. Once sold, they will no longer be available in paper form. If you want the paper format, include a statement on the Order Form in the Additional Comments field or as a hand-written note that you want the paper format AND also state if digital format is an acceptable substitution.
Items with no statement about availability in paper form will be available only in digital format but only after that format has been developed. There will be a delay in shipping if the digital format is not yet available.
